How to get a good night sleep

I think a good night sleep is as important as regular exercise and a healthy diet. If you want to optimize your health and lose weight here are some evidence-based tips to sleep better at night.
one increase bright light exposure during the day, because daily sunlight or artificial bright light can improve your sleep quality especially if you have severe sleep issues and insomnia.
Two reduce blue light in the evening blue light can trick your body into thinking it's daytime
Three don't consume caffeine too much in the evening, caffeine can significantly worsen your sleep quality, if you have trouble sleeping at night don't consume large amounts in late afternoon or evening.
Four stop irregular or long daytime naps. Long daytime naps can impair your sleep quality so you need to stop napping or shorten your daytime naps
and the last one just try to wake and sleep at consistent times try to have a (regular) sleep or wake cycle and if possible try to wake naturally at a similar time every day.
