It’s argued that the developments in technology allow more and more machines to be used rather than human employees. Recently, the use of machines is becoming more and more popular in many industry areas such as the food industry, medicine, education and so on. What are the advantages and disadvantages of the conveniences created by modern technology?
One of principal advantages of using machines in industry is they can work continuously without having to take break. This not only helps shorten production time and cost but also increase labor productivity. Also, they get involved in industrial production lines that used to require a great human workforce. They’re just lifeless things.
On the other hand, the use of machines intead of human has its own drawback. The first one is unemployment occurs. What is mentioning is that it’s serious problem nowadays. What is more dangerous, people become lazy, their brain can no longer develop as quickly as they used to.
In conclusion, there are both advantages and disadvantages of using machines, but the advantages seem to outweigh the counterpart. Viewed from different angles, modern technology is very important and nescessary.
