What is needed in order to become successful: talents one in born with or a desire to work hard? Which of these two views do you prefer?
It is undeniable that success is a thing that anyone would like to achieve in our lives. In my viewpoint, I prefer to the view that becoming a successful people need to a desire to work hard because it is one of the required qualities leading to each person's success.
To begin with, obtaining success is not easy because this process including challenges, blocks, and failures. So, if we do not have a hard-working quality, we can not get success in our field. Obviously, when we work hard, we can gain a large amount of knowledge and useful lessons. We learn many things consist of knowledge and soft skills. If having not hard-working quality, we are not furnished with intellect and competence. From this, we have difficulties in fulfilling tasks, assignments that we are in charge of them. Indeed, hard-working play a vital role in helping us achieve success.
Furthermore, a lazy person hardly ever would like to learn something because they simply would not like to do this. Therefore, it is so difficult for these people to get their success. No matter what they would like to achieve a simple accomplishment, they also get into trouble since they do not have basic knowledge and essential skills. On the other hand, hard-working is a good quality that helps us learn persistence when we encounter barriers in our lives and work. We do not easily give up before challenges and arising problems. From these failures, we can absorb valuable experiences and lessons for ourselves. Having talent is a luckiness but if we would like to achieve success and maintain them in long run, we acquire a hard-working attitude and make every effort day in day out. The more lessons we accumulate, the more success chances it comes with us.
In conclusion, it is my firm conviction, I have a preference in thinking that to become successful people needs to a desire to work hard because a hard-working quality brings us multiple advantages and required competence to go to success path.
