I strongly agree with Andrew’s perspective that spending money on teaching existing employees should not be a priority for a company. I want to add that training current employees will waste not only financial resources but also time. Accordingly, companies can save their time and currency by recruiting skilled workers. Furthermore, being trained to perform a certain task can be strikingly stressful for current employees because they would fear if they can conquer performing the task or not.
