It is critically important that parents have to provide support and advice to their children. Personally, I believe that encourage teenagers to work in a little age can help them to ret ready to adult life. I feel this way for two reasons, which I will explore in the following essay.

To begin with, working as a part-time in teenagers level helps them to know what is the meaning of money and how to make money. These things help the youth to know how to manage their life and how to use money in things that is beneficial for them. My personal experience is a compelling illustration of this. before six years, I went to the united sates of America to participate in work and travel program, this program helps the teenagers in finding a job to earn money in summer vacation. before I went to America, I was spending my father's money in bad things and without awareness, so I started work in a restaurant, and starts earning money to spend it in paying for rent, food and transportations fees. Consequently, at that time, I knew what's the money means and how to spend it to live in a good way. If I had not worked in a restaurant, I would have not knew how to spend money.

Furthermore, work improves personal skills and make an experience for anyone tried it, especially if the person works at a young age, but without affecting on his study. For instance, before four years, my brothers has worked at a company as a part-time job when he was at a colleague. His work was to pay bills from customers with a commission, so he got an experience from this work, improved his skills in dealing with people and knowing how work going on. As a result, after graduation my brother has worked at a bank nearby our home, so his manager praised on his work and his skills, in comparison with employees with in his age.

In conclusion, I strongly feel that support teenagers to work part-time job has many advantages for them. This is because work in this age helps teenagers to know ho to spend and know the value of money, and gives them more experience and skills to deal with people.
