Life today is easier and comfortable than it was when your grandparents were children. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

Some people believe that life has become more convenient than it was million years ago, while others contend that it has become more complex. As for as I am concerned, I support this statement, and in order to support my agreement, I will put forth following conspicuous aspects.

First, because of modern electronic household appliances, it is easy and quick to do household chores. For example, my grand mother has to grind wheat to make flour with hand machine, and it was not only arduous but time consuming. Now a days we can easily find ground flour from the market. We do not need to spend too much time and hardwork to grind it.

In addition to household chores, with the advent of modern technology in transportation, travelling from one place to another place has become more comfortable. In the past, people use animals, like camels, horses to visit the places far from their homes. Now we use cars, busses, trains, airplanes to go to different cities, states, and countries. These transportations also provide different facilities to their commuters such as food, restrooms, and first aid for sick patients.

Furthermore, doctors can easily diagnose, cure, and prevent disease due to the latest advancement in medical science. For instance In ancient times, it was very hard for doctors to diagnose,cure diseases such as tuberculosis, hepatitis, various types of cancers( lung cancers, stomach cancer, colon cancer) heart diseases and so on. But today, physicians, surgeons can diagnose,cure disease rapidly.

In short, inventions of household appliances, new transportation technology, and modern medical equipment has make our life more comfortable than it was when our grandparents were children.
