some people believe that university students should be required to attend classes, others believe that going to classes should be optional for students. which points of view do you agree with? use specific reasons and explain your answer.

I disagree with those people who believe that going to classes should be optional for students, that are the best option. Because attending university classes is one of activities that students have to do. However classes is not only source of knowledge, it also source that is the students can earn their experiences. That is why I believe going to classes should be required for students for following reasons.

The first reason is attending classes help students to understand more than others who not attend. In addition, it helps students to get the fundamentals and the principles of knowledge of each major. For example, last year I did not attend couple classes of microbiology, and when I had my exam I could not answer well, because I did not understand the topics which came in exam.

The second reason is encouraging the students to get high scores. Furthermore, the competition in the class room it helps the students to be more attention, because some professors like to give questions in their exams from their lectures. For example, when I was in the college my grades in the chemistry classes were always high, that because my friends and me had strong competition in the chemistry class, that who will answer first.

Another reason why I think the attending classes should be required is saving the time, because I believe the students who attends the classes, they will know from where they should study and what are the main topics they should have. On the other hands they can save their time for searching.

To sum it up, I believe attending the classes in university should be required. In addition, that helps the students to get the main basics and principles of knowledge, and get high grades rather than others who not attends
