Which of the following would you most like to change to improve your health? The kind of food you eat, the amount of exercise, or level of stress.
Currently, there are many discussions about what is the best way to improve our health. Some people believe that changing the amount of exercise is the most important, while others believe mitigating the level of stress is the most important. Both could contribute to improvement of our health, but I believe changing the diet would be the best solution for improving our health for the following reasons.
To begin with, what we eat makes our body, so it’s very important to eat good and healthy meal. Most of diseases are results of consuming unhealthy food. For example, if we keep eating salty foot, we are likely to become high blood pressure. If we often eat high fat diet such as fast food, we are likely to become obesity and develop disease related to obesity. Even though we try to do regular exercise or mitigate our stress, we won’t be able to improve our health unless we change your the kind of food you eat.
In addition, changing what we we eat is the easiest way to improve our health. We need to eat everyday no matter how we are busy. We won’t be able to function if we don’t eat. Eating food for us is same as gasoline for car. For example, I like going to the gym to work out because I know it’s good for my health. I always try my best to get some exercise. However, I can’t exercise when I have very busy work schedule. The amount of exercise I can get depends on my work schedule.
To sum up, although changing the amount of exercise and level of stress has some benefit to our health, I believe that changing the diet of what we eat is the best way to improve our health because it’s easy and our body is made from what we eat.
