Newspaper Production Reduced
Emerson College’s journalism department currently produces the school newspaper on a weekly basis. The college believes that the current readership is too low to justify weekly publication, so the administration has decided to reduce the newspaper’s distribution to only once a month. The college feels that this will not affect students who read the newspaper regularly because the change will not reduce the amount of information released to students about the campus as the school website, which is updated regularly, will continue to provide this information. This change will take effect at the beginning of the fall semester of next year.

What are your recommendations to get high score in speaking?
High marks = fluency + good
High marks = fluency + good and more content.
For fluency, we can understand you very well. But you still have 'ehn' in the speaking. Some hesitations or overlapping speeches too.
For content, you still have grammar issues, duplicate words or sentences which need to be improved.
Our suggestions:
1. Talk more. Talk in any occasions possible: with family members or colleagues etc.
2. Listen more. Listen to radios and watch TVs. Listening will help your speaking greatly.
3. Listen to testbig top users:

4. Practice more. This is the only way to know TOEFL speaking.
As we know it is relatively difficult to improve speaking in a short time, you will need to be more patient.
