The most efficient mode of transport in our country is Railways. We in India have the longest network of rail lines in the world, railway lines cover the length and breadth of our country, so the whole country is networked very well. Indian Railways have made it a point to offer 3-4 class of travel where even poor people can afford to travel at a lower cost by a train called passenger trains. Affluent people also use this mode of travel as it’s very convenient and also cost efficient. The timings of trains are maintained almost 95% on time. Old and young prefer this mode as its one of the safest mode of travel across our country.
