Which one do you think is the most effective way of learning: taking notes, discussing with others, or memorizing. Please explain the reasons.

Reasons should be straight forward, for example, in the reason one, you can say:
first, it can save time, because...
second, it can help both of us....
Don't use adjective sentences in speakings, like:
that's really attractive;
that's really a great way...
it means you don't have something to talk about.
