TASK 5: THE WOMAN WANTS TO PUBLISH A PAPER ON THE SCHOOL’S NEWSPAPER BUT THE PAPER IS TOO LONG

The woman has gotten a chance to publish a paper about the history of the university on the school’s newspaper, but the editor of the newspaper says that her paper is too long to publish. She could have two options to solve this problem. First, she could just print out part of the paper and cut off some parts to make it shorter. Yet the woman has spent lots of work to write this paper, so every part is important. Plus, the paper even include some precious interviews in it, so it is definitely indispensable. If she was going to shorten the paper, she would probably make the paper into a form of summary. Second, she could choose to publish the paper to Summer Issue. But the woman is worried that not everybody attends the summer school, and lots of friends leave the school around that period, so it’s unlikely for professors and friends to see her work.
