Thanks for scoring my speakings. How to improve my fluency in order to get +26?
sometimes I hesitate or stop in the middle of a sentence, because I think and try to compose the sentence, but I speak continuously in the rest of my response. Is it natural in speaking?

That's your main issue. and
That's your main issue. and other users have this issue too. You may use transition words like 'in addition' to give your mind a little break and pass this hesitation smoothly.
but the final solution should be more practice. Think about it, you will not have same issues or have the issue but much less serious in the mother language. So listen to English radio, watch English TV and talk more to people in English will help.
