I decided to ask your opinion about my performance.
What is wrong with my speeches?
I have noticed
-ehm (I managed to reduce it)
-overlapping speeches
-too many transition words
- basic grammatical mistakes like people has
What did i miss and what you recommend doing to address them.

Those issues listed are serious sometimes only, it will not affect the mark tremendously, try to remove them if you can, since other users have same issues. But your biggest issue is 'out of topic'. suppose even just one of them has this issue, the total mark will be greatly affected.

so how to remove the issue 'out of topic'?

read the topic carefully, think before you talk. make sure it is right on the topic.

if this issue is removed in the test room, then you should no problem get the marks expected.
