The charts below show the average percentages in typical meals of three types of nutrients, all of which may be unhealthy if eaten too much.

The pictures illustrate how many portions of three particular types of nutritional substances may affect body health if consumed over. Overall, sodium and saturated fat are largely eaten at dinner while it is snack time and the highest portion of added sugar consumed. Also, it can be seen that the lowest consumption proportion of the three nutrients component is breakfast.

Turning first to dinner, it consists of the biggest figure for sodium with more than two-fifths which is 6% higher than that of saturated fat. Besides, it is clear that charts show over a quarter of these nutrients for their lunch, with the exception of adding sugar that just eats a lower portion.

In addition, the lowest number of 14% out of three nutrients, the percentage of sodium consists of breakfast and snacks that show a similarity, while the saturated fat stands at less than a fifth and over a fifth respectively. Furthermore, the most noticeable feature is added sugar which is mainly eaten in snacks, its percentage under two-fifths.
