In the morden life, the children not only go to school to study but also go to different education centers to learn a number of things such as foreign languages, soft skills, music and so on. These lead to a result that they do not have enough time to do sports. In fact, many of their parents seem to forget the important role of playing sports with children. Hence, this writing aims to discuss some following effects of sports on children.
Firstly, playing sports is one of the best way to keep children in good health. In fact, when doing sports, they have to do different actions in the long time. These activities make their body burn a certain number of calories. Consequently, children will feel better and eat more after playing sports. Therefore, these feel affect positively on their health if they keep doing sports every day.
Secondly, sports can keep children in improving their mind. They have to make effort as most as possible to win partner when they doing sports. They also have to pay attention on the game until they finish it. Hence, playing sports not only helps children improve their health, but also make train their mind.
Finally, playing sport is a good way to train team working skill for children. In the numerous of sports, players have to combine others as a team, such a football. In the game, all of members of the team attempt to understand people gaverate the best result as possible. Therefore, children will improve the ability to connect with others.
In conclusion, according to above positive effects of sport, we can reveal that playing sports is necessary to the life of children. The parent should arrange the time to play sport with children. Besides, motivating children to enroll sport teams at school is a good way for children.
