The salary is the most important consideration when one choose a job

Some people assert that a high-salary job will be chosen certainly because it makes their income improve which affects significantly their quality of lives; however, others believe that money is not the most important criteria when they find a job. From my point of view, I disagree with the opinion that the salary is considered as the major factor of choosing an employment for following several reasons.
The first reason is that employees can suffer considerable pressure from getting a high payment. If workers receive a high salary, they have to do tasks in their best. Hence, they must spend much time and energy on work that can make them be stressful. As a result, they can get some diseases such as stomach- ache or sleeplessness.
Along with getting pressure, high-salary- paid labors can be in unsafe working environment. For example, miners usually earn much; however, their job is quite dangerous since they have to work in toxic environment where they may lose their life any time. In addition, they sometimes have a strict competition between their colleagues that makes them become be fed up with their work.
Lastly, people who have high- income job are usually so busy that they have no time for not only themselves but also their family. They always must travel on long business trips, so they cannot enjoy their hobbies or take care of their children. Even they must work on holiday instead of relaxing totally.
In conclusion, the salary is not the most important factor in choosing a job. Many factors are much more meaningful such as comfort, safety and having free time for the family. People should consider carefully on choosing a job because it can make them succeed or fail and happy or bored.
