To the environmental project manager to offer your help
Dear Sir,
I have just heard about your environment projects which are advertised in the local newspaper. I am really keen on giving you a hand on these projects at the place I am living. Therefore, I am writing to you with a view to offering some helps.
The most serious problem which local habitants are suffering is noise pollution. From several months ago until now, there is increasing number of karaoke clubs built in my town. It creates a lot of noise which affects negatively citizens, specially the elder and kids. They find it difficult to get deep sleeps; hence they always feel stressful.
From the terrible issue, I propose that these harmful activities need to be stopped immediately. To solve this problem, I would like to participate in the projects as a member who can organize meetings among local people, authority and club managers in order to discuss the problem and find out the best solution to limit its bad effects. Besides, in the future, to avoid meeting this state, we should convince the mayor pass strict regulations on club activities. For example, these clubs are only allowed working from after 9 a. m to before 9 p. m except lunch time.
I hope that my suggestion for these environmental projects is seriously considered. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
