Due to this leakage, seepage has started occurring on the outer wall of the Bathroom. If you remember, this is similar to the same leakage which was repaired by you last year but it has reoccurred, and this time condition is more critical. In addition, their is less flow of water in taps throughout the house due to which we are facing difficulties in doing household chores.
I tried reaching the maintenance for repair work but their manager have informed us that they required approval of the owner before initiating the work. I would request you to give approval to the maintenance team by calling them at 9876655 or you can also fax them at 2333. Please reach to them as soon as possible because we are facing inconvenience due to the leakage.
