Dear Madam,
I was really surprised when I received your letter in which you considered customers’ attitude about services of the zoo and would like to know how to raise quality of some services. In this letter, I am expressing my feelings about the zoo and giving some advice for you.
First of all, the zoo was arranged scientifically. Wildlife animals were placed in a separate area which had numerous huge trees; hence, visitors found this place like the forest. In addition, all introduction boards were quite detailed, so people could find out where they wanted to visit easily. Especially, the price of all services is reasonable; for example, we had to pay only five dollars for each ticket while that of other zoos costs at least ten dollars.
On the other hand, we were annoyed by the noise from an entertainment area which destroyed the peace of the surrounding natural habitat. Besides, there was a lot of litter thrown away indiscriminately which made tourists feel uncomfortable.
With my above comments, to attract more visitors, you should replace some games which generate big noise into separate zone. You should also place more rubbish -bins and remind visitors to keep the environment clean.
I hope that your zoo becomes more and more attractive.
Yours faithfully,
Kendy
