Overall, while Poland is at the bottom of the chart with only 6,000 people, Germany had the greatest number of citizens living there, followed by Britain with 1,037,000 people. In addition, Polish people resided in other countries the most, while Spanish citizens accounted for the lowest figure, with only 202,170 individuals.
Looking at the chart, it is clear that Germany attracted the highest number of people, particularly 556,000 Italians and 112,000 Spaniards. On the other hand, Poland hosted only 6,000 immigrants, most of whom came from Germany, while there were only 170 Spaniards. Additionally, Britain, with 1,037,000 immigrants, placed second on the chart. This country was the most popular destination for Polish people, while the Spanish community there was the smallest. Moreover, Italy was the second least preferred destination, with only 196,000 immigrants, while Spain, with 861,000 immigrants, ranked as the third most popular destination.
In total, there were 3,298,000 people recorded living in other countries, with Poland occupying the number one spot at a total of 1,168,000 individuals. On the other hand, with only 202,170 people, Spain had the lowest number of citizens migrating to other European nations. Furthermore, Italy ranked second, with 863,670 people, while Britain and Germany had nearly the same number of citizens living abroad.
