The diagram below shows what an office building looks at present and plans on future development. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

The diagram illustrates a schematic of how an office building looks in current time and some changes in the future. Overall, the building remains its original size with some changes to the facilities such as the office. Additionally, unused spaces, like grass area, are planned to have some renovations.
At the present, all of the office are placed close to the entrance, while the kitchen, canteen and stock room are on the upper side of the first diagram. However, on the lower diagram, the kitchen and canteen will be removed to make space for bigger offices. The reception will also be moved to between two offices at the lower side of the second diagram. It is also worth noting that the number of offices and stock room remained unchanged between two diagrams.
The grass area on the right side will be removed and turned into a meeting room. Additionally, the WC, which originally is next to the stock room in the middle section of the first diagram, will be moved to the upper right corner of the second diagram. The grass area on the left side of the diagram will become an outdoor seating area. Furthermore, the stock room stayed the same between the development, with an addition of a coffee machine right above in the the second diagram.
