Overall,the growth of urban population in the first year in Latin America is highest. Meanwhile, this rate of population in Asia is lowest. However, it can be seen clearly if we look at the specific decline.
Look at the bar chart in the first year of 1950. It can be seen that the rate of population in Latin America or Caribbean was highest among three countries at about 41%. After the highest that is Asia just below 10% about 30%. Meanwhile, the growth of urban population in Africa was lowest, just 21%. However, everything was changed and significantly dramatically increased in the 50 years after 2000. The growth of urban population in Latin America or Caribbean was still highest among the three countries but higher than the first year from 41% to 50%. In contrast, the overall rate of enrollment in the populations of Africa and Asia was stable and didn’t change much, about 32% and 33%. But Africa still had the lowest rate at that time.

The growth of urban netizens is higher than and the rate in that year is better than any years, the rate was significantly increased. First, the growth of urban population in Latin America or Caribbean is still highest but significantly increased from 51% in 2000 to 62% in 2030. Next to that is Africa, that time is also significantly changed with that country from 30% to about 50%. Finally, in Asia it is lowest and just higher than in 2000 about 10%. So, the bar chart can give the urban population in the capital city is the best place to grow more and more over the years.
