Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing in reference to the recent advertisement in your newspaper regarding award for community related service. It is important on my part to make you aware about my English teacher, Mr. Sanjay Sharma who I believe is perfectly suitable to receive this prestigious and auspicious award.
Using his spare time in the evenings, he has shown tremendous results to clean city’s beaches and ponds from all sorts of garbage. His efforts have completely changed the landscape in southern part of the city and has resulted in increased number of tourists. Not only he has removed solid waste from the southern stretch but also has ensured 24 hours surveillance across the beach with help of police department. In addition, this effort would help aquatic animals and preserve the overall environment in the city.
As a token of thanks and further to encourage his good work, Cash reward and a free advertisement campaign to find him volunteers would be best award which can be given to him. Importantly, It would speed up the cleanliness drive across the district which he intends to launch next month. Further, this shall motivate him further to continue to achieve and scale heights.
Thank you for kind consideration.
Yours faithfully,
Mohit Kumar
