• explain why you are leaving

Dear Mr. Smith

I am one of your tenants living in 1BHK flat with number 401 of your apartment. Currently, staying in the same flat but planning to leave next month. I am writing this epistle to appreciate the assistance provided by you during this one year of the stay at your apartment and giving you the reference of one of my friends who want to move in this home.

First of all, I would like to thank you for your helpful and kind behaviour. I have never faced any difficulty while living in your rented apartment but, if there was any issue, you had resolved it within 24 hours. I am really happy by the services provided in your flat. I do not want to leave this home but I have to shift because, I got transferred to London. That is why, I am vacating the apartment at the start of next month.

But one of my friends, John Thompson, wants to rent this house. Recently, He got a job in Infosys which is at walking distance from this flat. John likes to live in neat and clean place so he will keep your place clean. Moreover, he is not a party lover so you will not get any complaint against him.

At last, I would like to say that could you please give me security money back on 2nd of next month as I am leaving on that day.

Yours Sincerely
Paul Fernandas
