Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter regarding to meeting which i had attended at your hotel recently. I wanted to inform you that i have left some important papers of mine at your hotel.

I would be grateful if you could send someone to check under the seat number 20. As you might know, the meeting was so crowded and we were arguing about our companies' future financial aspects and i am confident that they may have fallen of my hands. It would be appreciated if you could inform the hotel's cleaner staff to search the whole meeting room.

I should mention that those papers are so critical for me and our company. As you might noticed, it contains a future plan for our company to invest in middle east. We are planning to open up branches and attract more potential customers. Those discussed papers should not be found by our competitors, if that happens, it might result in bankruptcy of our company.

I wanted to bring it to your consideration that our destiny all depends on those papers to be found. It would a kindness of you if inspecting order is initialized as soon as possible. If we were not out of luck and your colleagues found the papers, I am kindly asking you to call me on my number.

On behalf of our company, I would like to thank you for your help and support.

Yours faithfully,
John Smith
