Some people think parents are responsible for transporting their children to school while others believe it is the responsibility of the government? Discuss both sides and give your opinion?

yeah, I also believe in that it's a government responsibility to give us that transporting facilities. if this happen so I think then some changing in daily morning rush. in daily morning time I see many rush on road, because reason is some students go to college daily by their own vehicle. if government ready to accept this responsibility so their some changing on road rush.
