Dear James,
I'm writing to inform you that I no longer live in my old apartment because I got a new flat two blocks from the one you know.
Last month, my landlord gave all tenants quit notice that he intend to renovate the entire building which will take approximately three months to be completed. As a result, I had to look for a new accommodation. In addition, I told you earlier my plan of moving out of my apartment because all the facilities are old fashion making it unreliable and unsafe.
Let me describe my new accommodation in details. It is a three bed flat with modern facilities. The cooking stove comprises of three burner plates of different sizes and its electric. Also oven is embedded into it. Furthermore, it has a self regulatory heating system and high speed unlimited internet connection.
Next week Saturday, I'll be organising housing warming party and you are invited. It starts in the evening so don't bother of about timing because I took into consideration that you have to work in the morning. It'll be a perfect opportunity to know my new place and appreciate the facilities am enjoying.
I'll expect to see you then.
Best wishes,
Martin.
