Write a letter to complain about a dangerous situation when some adolescents let their dogs run wild in public.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to bring your attention a dangerous incident that happened in our community last evening.
As you know, it is a regular practice for residents to bring their pets to the common play area every evening. It has been very fortunate that all tenants to date have been following the rules to ensure the pets are leashed at all times. However, there was a scary incident last evening when few youngsters brought their dogs into the play area and left then unleashed. It was very dangerous as there were toddlers and young children playing in the park during this time. Despite speaking to the youngsters, they did nothing to rectify their actions.
Being in charge of the property management team, we request you to look into the matter immediately. Hope you could take necessary measures to avoid such situation in the future.
Yours faithfully,
Sandra Brown
