It is evident that more than half of the women in all age groups (except 15 to 24 and 65 above) are involved in some kind of physical activity whereas the trend had been in stark difference among men. In all age groups, less than 50% of men are involved ,excluding 15 to 24 year age group, where 52.8% of men were recorded to be engaged in regular physical work.
If we consider age wise, females have surpassed the percentage of males in the comparison of all ages except for the younger age group(15-24 year old) where boys were seen to be more involved in any sort of physical activity regularly.
However, if we observer the change in trend gender wise, then we can observe that the percentage of males involved in physical activities has varied a lot with 39.5 being the lowest and 52.8% being the highest. Meanwhile, the percentage of females being involved in physical exercises has only slightly varied from 47.1% to 53.3 % among different age groups.
