Beside, Los Angeles and Kyoto has the minimum number in under about 30. Furthermore, It is clearly seen that Tokyo has the highest level of annual passengers using railway system (1927) which is followed by Paris, London, Washington DC, Los Angeles, and Kyoto having a different number, ranging from 1191 (Paris) to 50 (Los Angeles).
