The given graph illustrates about the change in population in three developed countries in U.S. state of Oregon over 60 year period. The units are measured in thousands.
In Washington, there was a dramatic increase in population between 1940 and 1970 before it reaches its peak in 2000. Population slightly rose in Yamhill from 1940 to 2000. As the same way, the population went up slightly over sixty-year period in Columbia with a little difference to population in Yamhill.
In the year 1940, the number of people living in washington is 75,000 and by 2000 the population climbed to nearly 242,000 people. On the other hand, the rate of population in Columbia and Yamhill are approximately 30,000 and each countries followed a different trend but in 2000 the two countries came up with a difference of around 15,000 people.
Overall, the highest population change is in Washington with 170,000 people and the population in other two countries are almost similar.
