The first flow diagram illustrates the information about the production of cement, and second diagram reveals about the concrete production by using equipment and materials. It is a clear and coherent representation.
It can be seen that, the first diagram shows the cement production. In this process, two types of materials are firstly crushed: limestone and clay. After that, materials have turned into the powder form with the help of crusher. Nextly, the powder is put into the mixer and then it has reached in the rotating heater from where the powder become heated and then, the last step is to grind the powder so as to form the cement with the aid of the grinder. once this process has been finished, the cement is packed into the bags.
The second diagram highlights the processes of concrete production. Firstly the mixer of four distinct materials are used: cement, water, sand and gravel and then these materials are put into the big concrete mixer. After that, it started rotating clock-wise in order to form the concrete for building purposes. Here, this process of producing concrete has been finished.
Overall, it is evident that, cement production go through various steps and it requires advanced machinery to form the cement whereas, the process of concrete production is very simple because it never used the high level machinery for its production.
