You have just come back from the four-day trip. There are some problems which made you feel annoyed. To write the travel agent’s manager to
• Introduce the trip
• complain something
• require some refund
Dear Sir,
I have just come back from a four- day-to-Danang holiday which was booked with your company two weeks ago. I went there with five members in my family and all of us hoped that the trip would be really interesting. However, we got some problems which made all of us become disappointed.
Firstly, the flight was delayed for five hours without any apologies and explanation of the airline. This situation made us check in hotel too late. In addition, the hotel was so crowded and noisy that my children could not sleep deeply. I discussed this problem with the hotel management but it was not solved. Finally, the food of the restaurant was so terrible that we were fed up and had to go out to eat; hence, my spending plan changed significantly with increasing in payment.
With my above problems, I request a clear explanation and a compensation for my extra payment. Please contact me as soon as possible if not I will send these issues to your leader. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Mary
