As we can see, the consumption of fish behave almost similar through the period of 25 years.All the figures slowly go down (in 1979 it is about 60;in 1994 it become nearly 45;in 2004 it is around 40).
As a matter of fact,there is a different situation with meat.The expenditure on three sorts of meat is fluctuating all the time.Actually, the consumption of beef and lamb looks similar. The figures fall down with a little increase(in 1994 it is around 220 and about 120;whereas in 2004 it is nearly 100 and approximetly 50).
By the way,the popularity of chicken grows with time. The index rises up with a high speed (in 1979 it become about 145,when in 2004 it is nearly 250).
Overall,we can notice that in Europe through the time of 25 years the consumption of fish and meat looks various.
