Dear Mr. Smith,
I am writing this letter to inform you about my decision to discontinue the course for which I had enrolled with you three months ago. As you might know, I had joined fir six months certificate course to get training fir risk management. Unfortunately, I cannot carry on with it for some time.
Precisely, the reason for this is my hectic schedule and work expectations of my employer at my current work place. I work as a Project Manager in Tesco company and a plan for a new project is recently launched by our management. The set deadline for the completion of the project is by the end of this year. So, being in the main position, I have almost full responsibility on me to make it possible. Therefore, my job would be quite demanding, and may be, I have to work for extra hours.
Besides this, I wanted to consult you whether I can continue with the same fees which I have paid fully for the respective course, If I wish to, in the future. If not, can I get the refund for my payment as I am leaving the training in between. Please inform me about both the options, so that I can make a choice. Honestly speaking, I was really enjoying my training, but sadly, I can not devote my time to it.
Please accept my cancellation of the enrolment and do reply me whenever possible. I appreciate your consideration showed towards me while providing training.
Hope to join you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Mark
