You have recently moved to a different house.Write a letter to an English-speaking friend. In your letter• Explain why you have moved• Describe the new house• Invite your friend to come and visit

Hello James,

Hope this letter finds you in good spirits. I'm very delighted to move to a new house and its own house. I'm writing this letter to let you know about my new house and take this opportunity to invite for a dinner.

To start with, in the previous house I stayed with my family wasn't suited to live in. It had a plethora of problems and the owner of the house did not respond to my requests for amending the house. On the top of that, the owner has increased the rent by 30 percentage. The ordeal did not end here, it was far away from my office so it was always a hectic day for me to reach home or office through congested traffic. These are some of the adding factors to make up mind to buy a house. I am glad I have bought it before the fall of this year.

I love to tell you about my new home. Let me elaborate on it. Its a three bedroom house with two attached bathrooms. It has an open area in front of the house where I planted small plants and converted into a garden. My house is surrounded by a boundary wall and the total house is of 250 sq.yards. I have always opted for an individual house rather than flat.

Anyways, I love if you can make yourself free next Sunday and visit my new house along with your family. I really appreciate your presence.
Looking forward to seeing on the next Sunday at my house.

Thanks,
John.
