Telecommuting is gifted by technology as well as internet. It is used by a number of people and they also get a handsome amount of money while doing the jobs at homes with the help of internet. According to me, it is a positive developement because of their merits and this trend would be catched up by next generation. I will discuss about it in following paragraphs.
To begin with, when people works at homes and communicating with their office through internet then they have a lot of time to work without any pressure and any disturbance as well as they can save their time also. For example, when a person same their time and he have an opportunity to spend that time with their family and beloveds.
Further, working and communicating to office with the help of internet then people can do better performance and they do not have any worry about transportation and road accidents also. For example, when people are use their vehicles to go to the offices, sometimes they are in hurry and drive fast that may the reason of accidents but when they use internet at hame for the purpose of their work on that time they have no worries about accidents.
To pu it into a nutshell, there are a lot of merits regarding the phenomenon of workers doing their jobs from home and communicating with their office through internet. Government should permote this by taking some steps.
Right Answer Explanation:Suggested Tips:
The extensive use of internet across the world for all types of intellectual work…If you can sit and work on the internet at your work station, you can as well do it at home…Many are already doing it…Even the meetings can be and are being conducted through online conferencing… Then the work place of future will lose much of their relevance… Imagine how much change will it bring to the work culture and social set up… no wasteful commuting to and fro from work…no huge office complexes at expensive locations; no crowding immediately before and after the working hours… performance measured not by number of hours put in but by the results achieved… parents able to take better care of children… crèches losing much of their relevance… but that will also perhaps make life more monotonous… not having to go anywhere for work… people will perhaps yearn to just go out…
