In the above statement, author wants to prove that unmanned space probes and satellites are better than the manned space satellites. But he is fail to give enough data, on which one can believe.
Firstly, these analysis are based on data or proofs. But there is no evidence provided by the Author, which can proof that unmanned probes are cheaper than the manned space flights. Author did not give any example or data about the costs of the satellites.
Secondly, Author said that, the recent success of a series of unmanned space probes and satellites has demonstrated that a great deal, but author did not clear his views, he did not specify that which series of unmanned space probes was successful. He did not give any name of series. which creates confusion about the things.
My third point is this, If we assume that Author's claims are valid. But at the some points we have to take some risks, because man is the father of inventions. so any machine cannot be better then the human power. Sometimes it is better to launch a manned space shuttle to collect information. So it is based on the requirements that which one is better.
So, according to me, in the above statement, author's views were not clear, and he is completely fail to prove his point. He failed to provide necessary evidences and examples, which can clear his stand. The author's points were based on the imaginations, but there is no place for imagination, to prove his statement he should go for deep analysis, and present some data on that.
