You recently visited a store and did not like the customer service there. Write a letter to the store manager and say:
1) What was the issue there?
2) Why wasn't the staff helpful?
3)Suggest what can be done about it?
Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is James Smith. I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with an unsatisfactory customer service that I received in your store situated on the Queen Stree on 15th July.
I have been a frequent customer of your shop for an extended period and have always amazed by the experience that I receive from your employees. Unfortunately, the last time when I visited your store, I was appalled by the kind of behaviour served by one of the crew members. Firstly, When I walked into the store, I was roaming around for about ten minutes, but none of the employees acknowledged my presence. And, when finally they asked me for my intended visit, the staff member overheard my requests and was continuously busy looking into his phone.
Moreover, In frustration when I was leaving the store, I immediately heard an inappropriate remark which was beyond my tolerance. I tried to bring up the issue to the store manager, but I was advised to follow a formal complaint procedure which is why I am writing this letter.
I would like you to go through my complaint and take the necessary steps to resolve this matter. Additionally, I will be delighted if you could train and teach your staff about ethics and basic manners so that customers would not have to face these problems in the future.
I look forward to hearing back from you and to the improved service as well.
Yours faithfully,
Hellen.
