When it comes to career university professor is a noble profession and has a tremendous wealth of knowledge to educate others in the education institution. In such case, I agree that the university should allocate more money as part of professor’s payment. I feel this way for one main reason, which I will explore in the following essay.
First of all, university professor not only work for certain hours that they are in the campus physically present. In addition to that, they also perform many task outside work hours. For instance, the lecture may deliver the lesson in the classroom for 90 minutes. However, he puts ample amount of time to prepare that lesson in order to execute the lecture in a more engaging way to benefit students. Moreover, they also allocate huge amount of time in marking to provide valuable feedback to students to notify students’ progress. In that scenario, some educators spend their family time to do so those extra work which often go unnoticed. When I was in sophomore year and pursuing physics, I was unsure about a formula in order to find the voltage for a circuit. I made a mistake in that assignment in the class and handed in the class as it was last hour. On the very next day, my professor spotted my mistake and explained to me how to rectify it. In that case, I am sure my teacher spent out of office hours to mark it and corrected me immediate. If he did not spot my mistake , my errors could have added up and messed up on my studies. So, it is more vital to pay more for post secondary educators that dedicate many hours to educate fellow students.
On the other hand, if educators at the university are not paid well, they might look for other part-time job to meet their needs and families needs. As a result, the university professor may unable to work efficiently which will directly influence student’s performance. In some situation, lecturer might move to another university that pays more. Therefore, the institution might lose an experienced educator. Gradually, the institution may have lack of experienced teachers which will bring down university’s reputation. The following example is a compelling example of this situation. The university called U of S which is in Canada had a budget cut, they they balanced their budget but cutting down the educators pay. So, many professors complete their contract and moved to another university in adjacent province that paid higher pay with free accommodation.
In conclusion, it is always extremely important to pay the educators that spend their career to educate other , because they spend their own time for their students and they deserve that.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
