Write at least 150 words.
Dear Secretary,
I am John Gresham residing at 5th avenue, Himayatnagar. I have been a member of the community welfare club since 2010. I am writing this letter to withdraw my membership with the club.
I am a platinum member of the club. When we moved into the colony back in 2010, I opted for a bronze membership and as years progressed, I upgraded my membership to the platinum sector last month.
It was a great privilege to be a part of the club. My family and I have been extremely delighted with the facilities offered at the club and benefits derived. The library was well equipped with state of the art facilities combined with requisite books for all age groups which helped my 7 years old kid in his studies. Also, the fitness center which operates until 10 PM in the night was an added advantage to us as we could workout to balance our exercises after coming back from work.
My organisation has elevated me to a leadership position and entrusted with the responsibility to setup their branch office in Delhi. Since, I would be relocating myself and my family to Delhi next week, I request you to refund me the amount paid for the platinum membership. Please, let me know if there is an application to fill in to cancel the membership. You can reach out to me at any time.
Thanks for your cooperation in advance. Looking forward to your reply.
Thank You
John Gresham
