When the time comes to commence full-time employment, individuals who have graduated from university deserve a high salary than those who have not.
To what extend do you agree or disagree with this opinion?
Today the majority of people consider education as the start and the most significant part of their future career. Belief is that, in order to work in more qualified jobs and get higher salary a person must have qualifications. However, we do not have to forget that the people who have gifts also must be appreciated and given jobs with high payment even though they have not graduated from university.
Unlike to the previous century’s people nowadays the youth paying more attention to their education and insisting on to study in universities. Obviously, the main purpose of it is to get high salary in their future job. In some points it is definitely true, cause the reason is that today’s education system is much more tough and complex. Students get confused and also have to overcome so many hard exams until the graduate. Moreover, today’s students are being taught the latest knowledge of current days. Everyday there are great deal of changes in our social lives and these all are familiar to the people who have graduated university. Therefore, why they have to gain high salary than one who has no qualifications?
There is another side of this issue. People who have talents yet no qualifications are also met frequently. So, it is suggested to pay attention to the kind of people with particular abilities and give them jobs with the same amount as graduated people. To prove this idea, it can be said that employing talented is more efficient way to success in the special business. They do very rare mistakes in their own domain than people who were taught the area in university.
To sum up, from my own point of view people who have graduated from universities of course should get higher salaries because of current knowledge and qualification, yet people with special gifts who have not qualification must be also paid high.
