Seventy-two percent and sixty-nine percent of people satisfied with airlines service in 2007 and 2000. Satisfaction increased dramatically from 1999 to 2007. In contrast, Airlines maybe has done the good job because customer who dissatisfied slightly decrease between 1999 and 2007. Inhabitants who dissatisfied used airlines was fell down in 2000 and 2007 at 29 percent and 24 percent.
Ninety-two the percentage of inhabitants satisfied with courtesy of flight attendants and this aspect a slight increase all over the years.
