You should write at least 150 words.
The line graph compares between three different ways by which the Tourist Information Office received enquiries, consisting of person, letter/mail along with telephone during the first 6 month of 2011.
It is obvious that face-to-face communication was by far the most important means of the way for customers to enquiry over the period shown. By contrast, the total number of inquiries via letter or email was the lowest after February in 2011.
In January, inquiring through telephone was the main way to reach out the Tourist Information Office, at roughly 900 enquiries. Meanwhile, around 800 inquiries were sent to the office by letter/email, which was almost double the number of questions asked in person. Over the following 6 months, however letter/email inquiries figures fell by approximately 400 units, whereas face-to-face asking circumstances saw an impressively considerable increase by close to 1500 enquiries.
By the end of the surveyed period, enquiries in person had become the most popular tendency as it overtook either letter/email or telephone in respect of ways of enquiry in March and April respectively. In fact, the quantity of inquiries through telephone that the office received saw a fluctuation during the first 3 months of the period, and then gradually rose dramatically to a peak of 1600 units in June.
