On the whole, there was a tremendous change in terms of the number of the visitors as can be seen in the table. In addition, the majority of visitors were satisfied by the renovation.
Turning to the detail, the Ashdown Musem saw a significant grown in the visitors, rising from 74 thousand to 92 thousand. As for the pie chart, 40% of visitors were dissatisfied before refurbishment, as opposed to the visitors who did not response, accounting for 5%. However, the "lion shares" could be observed in visitors who were satisfied after the renewing of the musuem, standing at 40%.
The most striking point is the figure of visitors who were very satisfied underwent an enormous increase after renovation, growing by 20%. By the same token, the proportion of dissatisfied had plummeted from 40% to 15% after renewing the museum. Furthermore, the number of people who were" no response" remained unchanged regardless of the given period.
