The bar charts give information about the percentage of people who study in terms of career and interests and how much support they took from their bosses according to different age groups.
Overall, while the number of individuals who get an education for career purpose decrease dramatically, the percentage of people that study because of interest increase significantly with the passing of time.
First of all, citizens who are under 26 tend to study by reason of career, with 80 per cent which is the highest rate. this trend starts to decrease moderately to almost 65 per cent when people reach 26-29 years. Following this, the figure of men and women studying for both interest and career are equal at 40-45 years, with 40 per cent. Also, 18 percent of people who are over 49 get an education for a career.
However, people who are under 26 go to an institution for just concerns, with nearly 13 per cent. the percentage of people grow gradually from 12 per cent to 22 per cent until the numbers are equal. when people are over 49, they get an education for interest 70 per cent which is the second hight figures of the charts.
according to the second chart, when people are younger than 26, they can receive more support their employers with almost 63 per cent. In addition, while the number of people who get support about time off and helping with fees accounts for 51 per cent at 26-29 years, middle age people receive support at just 32 per cent. Meanwhile, the graph indicates upward trends in taking supports after 40 years old from 35 per cent to 42 per cent.
