Overall, it is clear that with increase in the age of Australian women from 15 to 44 their physical activity decreased, while for men this figure reversed. Women from 45 to over 65 increased their activities where at 65 years old both of them reach the same amount of physical activity.
Over half of female in age group between 15 to 24 years old did regular physical activities, while near two out of five female, from 35 to 44, experienced such activities, which is the lowest one. It seems over half of Australian men between 45 and 54 did exercise, which is the highest number of them.
Not as many female did activities as male in the range of 35 to 44 year olds where it reports 52.5 percent and 39.5 percent respectively. Furthermore, almost 47 percent of both sexes in Australia that are aged over 65 years old did physical activities.
