An English speaking friend is coming to spend a week in your hometown. Write a letter to your friend. In your letter:
. offer to find a place to stay
. give suggestions abut what to do in a week.
. inform about the clothes to be brought.
Hi Anne,
I am writing this letter to inform you that I have received your letter and very happy to know that you will be visiting Goa during the summer holidays. Since, you will be there for a week let me help you plan the trip.
Firstly, regarding your stay you can either find a small shack by the beach or stay at a hotel in the city. Staying in a shack will give you access to the beautiful beach and amazing night life. However, I would suggest you stay in a hotel as it is much more safe and transport is easily available. Additionally, I will also pass on some of my contacts and you can get in touch with them.
Secondly, since the climate would be warm that time, you can try some water activities. Also, you can go exploring the villages and don't forget to try out the local cuisines. Thereafter, you can also go for oil massage as, they are very relaxing and helps you calm down.
Lastly, you will need to carry some cotton and summer clothes as it gets very hot during the day. Also, carry comfortable footwear and carry an umbrella and apply sun protection cream while you roam around.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Your Faithfully,
Fiona
