Each year, your company gives an Employee of the Year award to a worker who has performed exceptionally well. You believe that someone with whom you work should receive the award this year.
Dear Ms. Jackson,
My name is Aria, I am working in the Human Resources department. I am writing this letter to recommend Ms. Jane for this year's Employee of the Year award.
I have known and worked with Ms. Jane for ten years and have always found her dependable, efficient, and unfailingly punctual. In fact, I have never worked with a person who gives as much attention to details as she does.
About a year ago, we had a project together with their team. Everyone does not work similar, I totally understand. There was this administrative team member who was always late for meetings in the team and creating unnecessary conflicts among other members. Ms. Jane approached him privately tried to understand the problem and offered her support and thus resolved problems from the root.
Her skills do not end with her office work. She also projects a warm, cheerful attitude to our clients. I have seen her resolve conflicts and handle other difficult situations with remarkable patience and admirable tact.
I believe these characteristics represent all that is good in our company and I am pleased to nominate her for the honor of Employee of the year.
Yours faithfully,
Aria
